1 Purpose

These Terms and Conditions apply to all product sales made through www.lienzo.shop, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”.

The Site is operated by Levis Global LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, United States, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”.

By placing an order on the Site, the Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of the order.

2 Products

The products offered on the Site are described as accurately as possible.

Photographs, visuals, colors, and illustrations are provided for information purposes only. Slight differences may occur depending on screens, display settings, or production processes.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed and refunded as soon as possible.

3 Orders

To place an order, the Customer must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

The order is confirmed after acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirmation of payment.

An order summary is sent by email to the address provided by the Customer.

4 Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at the time of purchase. Depending on the delivery country, prices may be displayed including or excluding taxes, in accordance with applicable rules.

Payment is made online through the payment methods offered on the Site.

The order is processed only after payment has been confirmed.

Customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be charged by the authorities of the delivery country. These costs remain the Customer’s responsibility.

5 Shipping

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer during checkout.

Preparation and delivery times are provided on our Shipping & Returns page. They may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs, or high-demand periods.

Upon delivery, the Customer is invited to check the condition of the package and product received, then report any issue to customer support as soon as possible.

6 Right of withdrawal

For eligible consumers, the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable legal rules.

Some items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal when they are made according to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

If a product falls into this category, this will be stated before purchase.

This exclusion never removes the Customer’s rights if a product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order.

7 Returns, refunds, and non-conforming products

If a product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, the Customer may contact LIENZO to request an appropriate solution.

Depending on the case, LIENZO may offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund.

8 Legal guarantees

Consumers residing in the European Union benefit from the legal guarantees provided by law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and protection against hidden defects.

  • Legal guarantee of conformity, under the conditions and time limits provided by applicable law;
  • Protection against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by applicable law.

These guarantees apply independently of any optional commercial warranty.

9 Liability

The Operator cannot be held liable for delays, errors, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure events, logistics disruptions, customs, carriers, or incorrect information provided by the Customer.

This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where applicable law prohibits such exclusion.

10 Personal data

Personal data collected is used for order management, customer support, payment, delivery, and, where the Customer has given consent, marketing communications.

The Customer may exercise rights of access, rectification, deletion, or objection by contacting LIENZO at: contact@lienzo.shop.

11 Intellectual property

All content available on the Site, including text, images, photographs, logos, graphic elements, names, visual worlds, and brand content, is the property of Levis Global LLC or its partners.

Any reproduction, use, modification, or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.

12 Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

However, when the Customer is a consumer residing in the European Union, the Customer also benefits from any mandatory rights granted by the laws of their country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first before any legal action.

13 Changes to these Terms

The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The applicable terms are those in force at the time the order is placed.
