Procedure

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the problem
2. We will send you a free return label if the defect is confirmed.
3. Options:
- Refund within 14 days.

Exceptions


- Sale products are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Returns without photo proof or after the deadline will not be accepted.
