How do I place an order ?
Choose your piece, pick your size, add it to your cart, complete the secure payment → you’ll receive a confirmation email. As easy as “add to cart.”
Which payment methods can I use ?
Visa / Mastercard / American Express credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are fully encrypted 🔐
I made a mistake, can I edit or cancel my order ?
Write to us right away with your order number. If the piece hasn’t gone into production or shipping yet, we’ll take care of the change or cancellation.
I didn’t receive the confirmation email.
Check your Spam or Promotions folder and add our email address to your contacts. Still nothing? Write to us with the name and email address you used.
How does a promo code work ?
Enter it at the “Payment” step. If it’s valid, the discount applies instantly. Promo codes usually can’t be combined.
I need an invoice.
Reply to the confirmation email and ask for your invoice (let us know if you need VAT included). We’ll send it to you as a PDF.

What are the delivery times ?
We give you a clear estimate at checkout. It stays indicative (weather and customs don’t read our emails yet 😅). All the details are available in our shipping policy.
How much are the shipping fees ?
Free delivery, as a gift. Yes, wherever we ship, depending on the options available for the address you enter.
Will I receive everything in one package ?
Not necessarily. Our items are produced by responsible partners (Europe / US / Asia). Your order may arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
Can I track each package ?
Of course. As soon as a package ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Multiple packages = multiple tracking links.
How long does it take to receive my order ?
We produce on demand (zero waste ✨). Depending on the item and workshop, allow 3 to 20 business days for production plus shipping time. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way 💌
Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied ?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to return an unused, unwashed item, with tags and original packaging. Please refer to our returns policy for details.
Customs & taxes: who pays what?
Depending on the country, fees may apply: they are the responsibility of the recipient (we’d rather plant more trees than pay customs, but the law is the law 🌍).

Why not produce in advance like other brands ?
Producing on demand helps avoid waste, unsold stock, and overconsumption. Each Lienzo garment is printed especially for you. It’s slower… but so much more meaningful 🌿
Are your workshops ethical ?
Yes. We work with committed partners who share our values: fair working conditions, quality craftsmanship, and responsibility. Fewer kilometers, more meaning.
Are your pieces made to last ?
Absolutely. We select quality materials for durability and comfort, and use on-demand printing (zero overproduction). The idea is simple: less, but better. Proper care makes all the difference.
And what about packaging, is it eco-friendly ?
We prioritize simple and responsible packaging, with no unnecessary extras. The goal is to protect your item without overloading the trash 🌍

For now, funds are distributed according to the needs of ongoing projects.

At Lienzo, we work with committed, ethical partners located close to you to reduce our carbon footprint. As a result, some items are produced in different workshops and shipped separately 🌱

We reuse textile scraps to create new accessories or recycle them through responsible channels.

How do you guarantee responsible production ?
Our clothing is made to order, which avoids overproduction and unnecessary stock. We ship using recycled packaging and work with partners who meet strict social and environmental standards.

With an account, you can track your orders, view your history, and save time on future purchases. (Not required to shop, but very convenient!)
How do I update my personal information ?

You can edit your details (address, email, password, etc.) and update everything in just a few clicks ✏️

How do I get paid ?
Every sale made through your link or ambassador code earns you 10% commission.
And every new customer you introduce to LIENZO earns you 15% on their first order 🌟
Your commissions appear in your dashboard and move through three stages:
1. Pending → the order has just been placed
2. Approved → the return period (14 days) has passed
3. Paid → you receive your payout 💸
You choose how you get paid:
💶 Bank transfer once you reach €20 in accumulated commissions
🎁 Store credit to use directly on Lienzo.shop
Payouts are processed monthly, once orders are fully validated.
Can I combine my ambassador benefits with other promotions ?
Yes!

Example: a customer enjoys -30% on the store plus your -10% code,

What if a customer cancels their order ?
If an order is cancelled or refunded within 14 days of purchase, the related commission is automatically cancelled in your dashboard.

My garment is badly damaged or torn : what should I do ?
Even when worn, it can still be useful. Drop it off at a Le Relais collection point (available in many cities): textiles are sorted, reused, or recycled (e.g. insulation materials) in an eco-responsible way.
Where can I drop off my old clothes ?
Use the Redonner platform to find collection points near you in just two clicks. Some partner retailers even offer a solidarity shopping voucher in return.
Pass them on to those who need them
You can donate your Lienzo garments to :
• a local charity (reintegration, housing, solidarity)
• a school or daycare for costumes, workshops, and creative projects
Donation tip : wash the item, fold it, fasten buttons/zippers, and place it in a bag — it makes sorting easier.
Reuse with creativity
Simple ideas to extend the life of your pieces:
- Turn a T-shirt into a tote bag (no sewing required, or just 10 stitches)
- Use fabric scraps to make a homemade soft toy or a travel pouch

Use mild detergent and avoid bleach
Air dry whenever possible (tumble drying wears fibers faster)
